Maintaining a systemic perspective requires not only having visibility of all points of action and interaction but also understanding that it will always be necessary to look both inward and outward simultaneously. This applies on both individual and collective levels, for the development of professionals and organizations.

My content production has two goals: to raise awareness on social networks with lighter approaches to sensitive topics and to delve deeper into vehicles developed to bring more substantial knowledge.

Empatia Blog

Launched in August 2020 and divided into two strands: shared knowledge and female experiences. In the first strand, we deal with topics related to self-awareness, people and business development, management, operations, and human resources. In the second strand, we collect female experiences to share with the market perspectives that are still not addressed transparently within organizations.
