The future demands collaboration and co-creation. It requires safe spaces where solutions can emerge.
The "Rede Despertar" was able to transform the lives of countless women. It wasn't just about WhatsApp and Telegram groups where people entered and left without commitment. Communities do not reach certain maturity levels without empathetic leadership, concerned with serving and orchestrating potentialities. I created spaces and circles of support and trust so that transformations could flourish.
Between 2019 and 2023, I utilized Theory U, design thinking, NVC (Nonviolent Communication), facilitated processes, meetings, mentorships, live events, conversation circles, and opportunities for exchanges and connections so that over 5,000 women could shine in the market and in life.
