Female employability

There is still much work to be done to reduce gender inequalities within the communication market. The number of female hires is low, and even lower for leadership positions, due to numerous cultural and structural factors, even though the intellectual capacity of female professionals is equal to or greater than that of male candidates in recruitment and selection processes. In this sense, affirmative actions and initiatives that consider intersectionalities and embrace the improvement of processes within organizations and the market as a whole continue to be necessary.
